Your order can be modified or cancelled as long as it has not yet been shipped. Contact our customer services as soon as possible, using the chat box at the bottom right of your screen.
If payment has been already made, you will be refunded within 15 days.
You must contact our customer service before returning a product.
If a product does not suit you, we can exchange it or reimburse you. Using the chat box (bottom right hand corner of your screen), your request must be submitted to our customer services within 14 days of receipt of your order. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all its accessories.
In addition, we ask you to check the condition of the package upon delivery. The carrier is responsible for any damage in transit.
All our products are guaranteed for 12 months from receipt.
Costs incurred by returning items are the responsibility of the customer. The replacement or reimbursement of the product will be made within 15 days of receipt of the product by our logistics service.
